• 32" clear door openings @ accessible areas

• Low-pile, high density carpet

UD for Aging-in-Place

All criteria as shown above for visitability, plus:

• Covered porch @ entry
  
• One accessible bath
  
• Clear turn radius
  
• Backing for grab bars
  
• Clearance @ toilet and lavatory
  
• Accessible shower / tub
  
• All fixtures, appliance controls, switches, outlets, etc. within range of reach
  
• Lowered window sill heights for egress
  
• Easy open windows
  
• All doors and hallways have accessible clearances
  
• Closet rods, shelves, etc. within range of reach
  
• Energy considerate construction & materials
  
• Low maintenance exterior & interior finishes
  
• Low maintenance landscape
