Terms and Conditions
Plans
Our plans are designed to comply with the 2003 International
Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings; however,
various editions of this code and additional codes and regulations
may apply in your area. We strongly recommend that you consult
with your local building official to determine if these plans
conform to local codes. Architectural and engineering reviews
may be required in your city or state for additional fees. These
fees are not included in our plan prices and all such fees are
the responsibility of the purchaser.
You agree to indemnify and hold Falcon Homes, Inc. and its
affiliates, directors, officers, and agents harmless from and
against any and all claims and liabilities incurred from the
purchase and use of these plans, including omissions, errors
or deficiencies. It is the responsibility of the builder to verify
all dimensions and code compliance prior to construction. Falcon
Homes, Inc. does not make any warranty, expressed or implied,
with respect to the use of our plans.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
plans, you may return the plans for a full refund of the plan
price less a $50.00 shipping, handling and printing charge for
all returned plans. Charges billed for custom changes are non-refundable.
Charges for preliminary drawings are non-refundable but will
be credited toward the purchase price of a full plan set. Other
restrictions may apply.
Our plans are protected by U.S. copyright law (Title 17 U.S.
Code) and can not be transferred, resold, or used by any individual
other than the original licensee. Plans are licensed for the
construction of one dwelling only. You must purchase additional
licenses for each house you build from these designs. Copies
or reproductions of plans can be made only from media containing
a colored or embossed authorization stamp from Falcon Homes,
Inc.
Project Manuals
Falcon Homes, Inc. does not assume and hereby disclaims any
liability to any party for any loss or damage caused by errors
or omissions in the Project Manual whether such errors or omissions
result from negligence, accident or other cause.
The information, techniques and methods contained in the construction
specifications have been compiled from many sources including
the Uniform Building Code, industry standards, manufacturer's
information and technical references. While every effort has
been made to present accurate information, the many sources from
which this information was derived are themselves, under constant
revision. It is therefore difficult to ensure that all the information
is entirely accurate and the possibility of error cannot be totally
eliminated. Falcon Homes, Inc. does not warrant or endorse the
techniques or methods presented in the Project Manual and assume
no liability or responsibility for any injury and/or damage to
persons or property which is incurred as a consequence, directly
or indirectly, of the use of any of the contents.
