"Easy Access" House Building Plans
Our featured home plans are premium designs offered at discounted
prices to homeowner/builders or general contractors. We consider
these plans "semi-custom" since we offer minor changes
at no additional cost. Structural or extensive changes to featured
home building plans and other services are available at additional
cost. For more information or custom plans, please Contact
Us. For a limited time only, you can receive free specs with
your plan.
Plan Sets Include:
- Floor Plans
- Foundation Plan (your choice of monolithic, 3-stage, concrete
block or a template for alternative foundation system)
- Framing Plans (your choice of pre-engineered truss layout
or template for cut-in and alternative framing system)
- Elevations (Front, Rear, Left and Right)
- Electrical Plans
- Detail Sheets
- Handbook: "Home Modifications and Products for Safety
and Ease of Use"
- One set of plans on erasable/reproducible media
- A checklist of alternative design features that you may want
to include in your home.
Plus
Code requirements vary considerably from one location to another.
Your plans will most likely require some minor modifications
to comply with local codes. The plans we provide on erasable/reproducible
media allow you to modify, print and distribute the quantity
that you need, when you need them. (A reproduction company in
your area should charge about $1.50 per 24" x 36" sheet.)
For faster service, we will electronically transmit plans
to your reproduction company so you can pick up your plan set
the same day!

of (1) one dwelling only. You must purchase additional licenses

These plans are available "mirrored" at no additional
cost. Please specify Left or Right hand garage when ordering.
